This role will independently lead the HR function for the PMCL Changshu, while acting as the HR Business Partner for the Wuxi OTD (Order to Delivery) team, partnering closely with leadership to enhance employee experience, and support business performance.
What You Will Do:
- HR Lead for PMCL Changshu: Independently own and deliver end-to-end HR operations for the facility, serving as the primary HR contact for leaders, office employees, and production employees.
- Manage core HR processes including staffing support, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, HR communications, canteen coordination, and other site-level people operations.
- Ensure consistent implementation of corporate HR policies, local labour regulations, and company practices while building a positive, compliant, and engaging employee experience across the facility.
- HR Business Partner for Wuxi OTD Team: Partner with OTD leaders to align people priorities with business objectives, support organization effectiveness, and enable team performance.
- Provide HR consultation and coaching to leaders and managers on workforce planning, team development, employee engagement, performance management, and other people-related matters.
- Support organization design, capability building, succession and talent discussions to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Employee Relations and Compliance: Handle labour relations and complex employee cases, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and sensitive employee matters. Ensure compliance with applicable China labour laws, company policies and relevant HR process controls.
- HR Processes, Systems, and Data: Execute and manage key HR processes through Workday and other systems, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery. Maintain accurate HR data and provide meaningful reporting and insights to support workforce planning, performance reviews, and business decision-making.
- Compensation and Benefits: Lead facility-level compensation and benefits activities, including CWHS management, gainsharing program administration, and local benefit plans, in alignment with corporate guidelines and business needs.

- Talent Management : Knowledge of how an organization attracts, recruits, retains, identifies and develops talent; ability to develop the talent required for an organization to achieve its short-term and long-term goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, facility, or operations environment.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing site-level HR operations and partnering with business or functional leaders.
- Solid knowledge of China labour laws, employee relations practices, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
