Job Summary:

Contacts customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment.

What you will do:
• Support the activities of monitoring the financial health of the Portfolio while adhering to internal policies and the regulatory environment;

• Preparation of management reports, dashboards and executive presentations with data analysis to manage, measure and monitor the health of the portfolio.

• Act in the monthly closing, ensuring the delivery of reports within the established deadline;

• Support annual and quarterly business plan activities, performing projections and data analysis, identifying trends and significant changes in portfolio monitoring and ensuring that risks are managed.

• Analyze the variation of actual results with the budget, identifying deviations, causes and proposing corrective actions.

What you will have:
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; Ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create workarounds that address those problems.

Process Management: Knowledge of tools and techniques for improving business processes; Ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.

Data Collection and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for data collection and reporting; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

Basic requirements:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree.

• Power BI;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite specially advanced Excel (good data manipulation and analysis skills)

• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

• Intermediate English.

Top candidates will also have:

• Pre-Advanced English

• Knowledge and ability to calculate amortization schedules and contract payments.

• Knowledge and ability to apply financial math calculations skills in excel.

• Knowledge of financing/leasing products.

• Previous experience in financial institutions.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
