About the Role:

The Contracts Specialist coordinates the preparation of new/most complex contract assignments and administers existing contracts to support the business.

What You Will Do:

• Reviewing and drafting contract terms and documents to ensure contract reflects agreed upon requirements
• Participating in customer negotiations
• Providing guidance to business teams during contract negotiations to meet contract requirements
• Conducting and communicating risk evaluation for assigned contract transactions to ensure company business objectives are met
• Monitors, communicates and ensures contract compliance
