Role Definition:

Supports achievement of the business plan by monitoring the business and generating recommendations that

contribute to both the short-term and long-term initiatives of these plans.

What will you do:

  • Consulting with the internal stakeholders and dealers in developing and implementing customer solutions designed to maximize product value and price.

  • Designing correct business plan shortfalls and capitalizing on identified incremental solutions opportunities.

  • Resolving issues related to the products/solutions and overall commercial performance in the territory; Oversees trends, demand fluctuations, and basic customer requirements.

  • Developing new or refined solutions and finding opportunity to introduce an organization's products and services.

  • Supports, manages and may lead team projects

Skills:

Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Consulting: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.

Basic requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree

- Pre Advanced English

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
