岗位职责
主要职能包括以下内容，但不限于此：
•参照检验清单对装载机进行检验并满足生产节拍，确保车辆符合卡特彼勒规范和质量要求。
•对装载机成品进行运转测试，从各个方面检查装载机的性能，包括液压系统/电气系统/发动机系统/传动机构/执行机构/辅助机构等，能够感知并识别性能异常。
•检验结果按照BIQ流程进行存档。
•积极参与发现生产过程中存在的问题和风险，积极提交持续改进建议卡。
•对检查清单完善和修改提供建议。
•根据工程师要求对质量改善验证信息进行收集以及跟踪。
•按要求完成5S整理工作。
•做好个人和团队安全管理，遵守公司安全相关规范。
•完成主管指定的其他任务。
岗位要求
•为人正直，良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神。
•技术学校或更高学历，机械专业或电气专业。
•熟悉卡特彼勒相关标准。
•多技能并具备丰富的检验知识。
•能阅读简单的英语。
•具备简单的计算机操作能力，包括MS office 办公软件。
•有良好的组织协调能力以及良好的突发异常的反馈处理能力
