Caterpillar Quality Management System / ISO9001 / CAV process management, ensure robust & effective quality system execution meet ISO & company’s quality standards, perform internal audit and leading cross-functional team to meet external audits needs.

What You Will Do:

• Quality system update from corporate quality to campus execution
• Training internal auditors, leading self-audit, coordinate as main contact for external audits
• CQMS/CAV Non-conformance effective closure with desired quality
• Lead improvement projects to support business growth
• Lead improvement projects to support business growth

What Skills You Will Have:

Quality Management: Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.

Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies: Knowledge of organizational standards, procedures and policies in manufacturing activities; ability to plan, guide, and monitor manufacturing processes for compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree required, Master degree preferred
• Mechanical engineering or automation background
• Minimum 3 years experience related to quality management, have quality system management experience
• Fluent in speaking & written English

Desired Qualifications:

• Internal Auditor
• Certified quality engineer, 6 sigma blackbelt, Project management certification preferred
