We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Accountant supporting the Large Track Type Tractor (LTTT) Product Group within the Resource Industries Operations & Product Division (RIOP).  In this role, you will lead the monthly financial planning and analysis for the LTTT Product Group, support its OPACC improvement agenda, and drive all OPACC reporting.  You will work closely with leaders within the LTTT Product Group as well as peers within the RIOP Financial Consolidations Team.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead LTTT monthly financial planning and analysis
  • Support LTTT OPACC Improvement Agenda (OIA)
  • Provide investment analysis (DCF) support for major new product introduction programs and present results to leadership
  • Partner with the business to provide deeper strategic insights and solve challenges with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Influence our finance culture by demonstrating desired behaviors, including but not limited to continuous improvement

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:  Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools for financial reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations as well as read, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
  • Vision for Change:  See opportunities for change and establish the big picture vision as well as drive thinking and planning towards a long-term strategic goal.

Top Candidates Will Have:

  • Accounting or Finance degree
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis experience
  • Power BI experience

Additional Info :

  • This position is located in East Peoria, IL

Summary Pay Range:

$95,640.00 - $143,520.00
